Recent contracts and case studies at RGD King Ltd

As data and communication network specialists, we have been employed for many prestigious contracts, involving all forms of network cabling and installation. This page outlines the quality work involved on some of our recent contracts.

Beachcroft LLP contract

We have completed cat6 network installations for Beachcroft LLP at their new offices in Leeds, Nottingham and Winchester. The contracts involved deployment of new structured cabling together with associated electrical works including the installation of UPS units and comms room supplies.

Beachcroft LLP have also expanded their new offices to Manchester. For this new venture, we worked closely with the locally-appointed electrical contractor, Southern and Redfern Ltd, and installed structured cabling accommodating approximately 500 cat6 data outlets. All network installations for Beachcroft LLP used materials manufactured by ADC Krone, which afford a manufacturer-backed, 20 year Truenet system warranty.

Aneurin Bevan Health Board contract

This new build project involved a blown fibre, cat6a and CW1308 backbone, supporting a cat6 distribution to the floor outlets.

The installation comprised approximately 3500 outlets, with wireless network access to all areas. The data components are all manufactured by ADC Krone and in this instance will attract a 25 year TrueNet system warranty.
