Quality Assurance 

R G D King Ltd is dedicated to quality improvement and carries the IS09000:2000 accreditation.

In accordance with the quality principles, the Company has a quality Manual, prepared in conjunction with BM Trada, which is constantly updated as changes occur.

All clients, regardless of contract size, receive the same level of quality installation to ensure compliance with the Quality Statement.

Quality Statement

" The Company aims to provide the client with the service required to specified quality standards, on time, every time,  at the right price."

Inspection and testing are included within within the quality procedures and therefore, all the Company's test instruments are regularly calibrated by a NAMAS Registered Calibration Centre.

Drawing procedures are included as part of the Quality Assurance Scheme and all drawings by R G D King Ltd are produced by Computer Aided Design with multi-colour plotting to give clear, concise details to both the client and the operatives on site.
